Mardi has been a therapist for over 40 years and is currently relationship consulting. She is also the author of “What Your Mother Never Told You About Love, Sex and Power: The Inner Power Process.” She is one of Dr. Jodi’s greatest mentors and a dear friend.
In this video Mardi and I shed light on loneliness and ‘the lonely spot’ in all of us. Loneliness has become a global epidemic that no one is exempt from. We all feel lonely at times. No one is alone in this! We explore ways in which the shame surrounding loneliness can be lifted, finding your self worth and how finding your people who accept you can help you.
